WHAT YOU'LL DO:

DSP & Ad Network Management:

  • Lead onboarding and technical integration for DSPs and advertisers targeting CTV, mobile in-app, and mobile web inventory.
  • Set up and manage demand connections, ensuring optimal deal configuration and targeting accuracy across all formats.
  • Monitor and optimize bid rates, win rates, spend pacing, and delivery performance across environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to bid responses, targeting mismatches, and performance reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business development and engineering teams to improve demand-side integrations and resolve issues.
  • Provide actionable insights based on performance data to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support sales enablement by identifying growth opportunities in key demand channels, particularly in CTV and mobile.

Industry Awareness:

  • Stay up to date on trends in CTV advertising, mobile programmatic buying, and DSP technologies.
  • Maintain knowledge of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, COPPA) and ad quality standards.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 3–5 years experience in programmatic ad operations, with a focus on CTV and mobile demand.
  • Deep understanding of RTB, VAST and DSP integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign optimization across video, display, and native formats.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Looker, SQL.
  • Follow established workflows while actively identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with Prebid, OpenRTB, and advanced video formats (e.g., CTV VAST/VPAID).
  • Familiarity with SSPs, DSPs and exchanges.
  • Background in performance marketing or demand strategy for CTV and mobile-first campaigns.
