Marketing Operations Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Plan and execute the company’s presence at events, conferences, and offsites in collaboration with the Growth team.
  • Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, and visual branding for all external events.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials and presentations for internal teams.
  • Work with designers, copywriters, and vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
  • Lead merchandise initiatives - from concept to production and distribution.
  • Curate and manage personalized client gifts for key moments and milestones.
  • Oversee inventory, shipping, and budget tracking for physical assets.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters (HubSpot), working with designers and developers.
  • Maintain email lists and monitor performance metrics.
  • Support marketing needs from Growth, Strategy, People & Culture, and Leadership.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in agency, media, or tech environments.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Sharp eye for brand, design, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, HubSpot, and Asana (or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher).
  • Experience in lead generation is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with a resourceful mindset.
  • High attention to detail and passion for building and protecting brand integrity.
